I had the opportunity to design a logo for this versatile artist. Her world is shaped by music, dance, and painting—three forms of expression that have been part of her life since childhood. With a deep passion for oil painting, she creates imaginative, often surreal imagery filled with symbolism and emotion. As a singer, she effortlessly moves between classical music, chanson, and modern styles. Her creativity, passion, and individuality shine through all her work—and it was exactly this essence that the new logo aimed to capture.
Important in the briefing was that her free spirit and creativity wouldn’t get lost in a design that’s too clean and strict. Therefore, we agreed on symbolic elements I should include in the design so she would feel represented in the work and could use the typeface as well as the logo separately.
So I created this logotype, which uses both lowercase and uppercase letters to capture a handwritten feeling. The logo mark itself uses feathers, bubbles, and eyes—the elements the artist freely and in unfamiliar contexts integrates into her art. Together, they flow in an airy and light composition, with the type giving a little counterweight to settle the design.

This is just the beginning of the brand – the full corporate identity is still in the works. Lots more to come :)
Two directors from the Trier/Luxembourg area are starting off their company and settling their career in the film industry. They wanted to get a retro feel in the look of their brand. When we looked together at their moodboard and vision, we noticed the pattern of lines and intersecting lines popping up as structural elements as well as in fragmented letters.
For their logo, I started with the logo mark, keeping the logotype in the back of my mind and using it as a template underneath. Currently, I’m in the stages of perfecting it, so this will be finished soon – along with the corporate identity, which is also included in this brand design project.

Janneke is a certified horse osteopath and needs a logo/brand design to represent her as she takes off as a freelance, on-tour osteopath. I gave her some more loose and modern options, as well as more classic designs that revolve around the horse.
Janneke explained to me that the most important thing in her work is that everything needs to flow in order to work and stay connected. This idea, together with the image of a horse in mind, brought us to this logo design. After a few rounds of perfecting – first the right anatomy, and second the right amount of simplicity – we landed on the design you see above.
