BACHELOR - UNSPOKEN LIES

the concept

In my research on how music and visual content can influence one another, I explored how the appearance and perception of colors, shapes, and animation timing can alter the feeling of music  and vice versa. During this process, I experimented with different types of animation to define and shape the emotional harmony between image and sound. The goal was to visually express the underlying theme of the track. The loose, subjective idea of “unspoken lies” was what was the goal to portrait.

The result can be perceived more as an art piece than a conventional motion design work. It captures the dialogue between sound and image and how both can redefine each other through emotion.
